Response Time
Our support team aims to respond promptly to all requests. Most inquiries are answered within one business day; simple issues often get same-day replies. More complex cases, such as document checks or payment investigations, may take longer depending on their nature and required verification. We’ll keep you updated on progress and provide estimated timelines when extra time is needed.

We welcome your feedback, suggestions or ideas to help improve our site. Please share what you like, what could be better, or any feature requests via live chat or the support form. Every message is read carefully by our team and used to refine the site, promotions and overall user experience. Your input helps us keep the service practical and reliable for Canadian players.
